Tsitsi Mutendi is a globally recognised family business advisor, speaker, author, and entrepreneur with over 21 years of experience. She is Founder of Nhaka Legacy Planning, specialising in Family Governance, Succession Planning, and Family Wealth Advisory, and has worked with families across 15 countries and five continents to build lasting multigenerational legacies.

As Co Founder of African Family Firms AFF, she leads a non profit dedicated to family business continuity across Africa. Certified by the Family Firms Institute and serving as Lead Faculty at the Galliard Institute, Tsitsi also co authors thought leadership with global experts such as Dr. Dennis Jaffe and Dr. Jim Grubman. On the ground, Tsitsi is a proven education operator. She co founded and scaled Mutendi Montessori into a 7 year success story, and is now building the Chiratidzo Education Group, a growing continental school network merging Montessori principles, STEM and AI integration, and African heritage. Alongside this, she founded the Nheyo Education Fund to drive the development of 500 plus schools and reach 50 million African children.
