Tsitsi Masiyiwa

Tsitsi Masiyiwa is a Zimbabwean philanthropist, social entrepreneur, and global advocate for education, health, and women’s empowerment. She is the Founder and Chair of the Higherlife Foundation, one of the largest youth focused charitable organizations in Africa, working across Southern, East, and West Africa to expand access to quality education, healthcare, and leadership development. Under her leadership, Higherlife Foundation has supported hundreds of thousands of children and young adults with scholarships, mentorship, life skills training, and community support programs, especially in underserved communities. Her work reflects a lifelong dedication to addressing inequality and transforming lives through opportunity.

Beyond her philanthropic leadership, Tsitsi is a passionate supporter of women’s economic participation and youth leadership initiatives. She has served on numerous international advisory boards and councils focused on global development and social impact, including roles with UNICEF, the World Economic Forum, and the Clinton Global Initiative.
