Mrs. Seshme Holloway is a proud mother of three, an accomplished entrepreneur, award-winning business leader, and Managing Director of JRS Solutions, a South African company specialising in integrated security, ICT systems, and smart automation. She co-founded the business in 2008 and has since grown it into a nationally recognised enterprise known for innovation, resilience, and operational excellence.

With over 15 years of experience in a traditionally male-dominated industry, Seshme has built a reputation as a forward-thinking leader who combines technical expertise with strong business acumen. Under her leadership, JRS Solutions has achieved significant growth, secured major contracts across both public and private sectors, and maintained ISO 9001 certification for over a decade, demonstrating a consistent commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Beyond her business success, Seshme is deeply passionate about empowering others. She is an active mentor, facilitator, and speaker, working closely with institutions such as the Durban University of Technology’s Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, where she equips aspiring entrepreneurs with practical skills in governance, compliance, and sustainable business practices.

Seshme is also a strong advocate for women in technology and leadership, using her platform to inspire and uplift others to pursue excellence with confidence and purpose.
