Masada Terverite Deconnick is a pioneering Botswana entrepreneur and leader in the automotive services industry whose resilience and vision have reshaped vehicle repair services in her community. She is the Founder and CEO of MTD’s Auto Electrical Pty Ltd, a full service vehicle repair workshop in Mochudi that offers mechanical, auto electrical, panel beating, spray painting, suspension, and breakdown services. Masada began her journey as a mobile auto electrical technician before establishing a permanent workshop in 2023 after nearly a decade of hard work and dedication to her craft. Her commitment to quality service and customer trust has allowed her business to grow, employing and training young professionals, including female engineers in a traditionally male dominated industry.
