Fadimatou Noutchemo

Fadimatou Noutchemo is a Cameroonian aviation entrepreneur, STEM advocate, and youth empowerment leader making significant impact in Africa’s aviation and tourism sectors. She is the Founder and President of the Young African Aviation Professional Association, a non profit organization dedicated to preparing the next generation of aviation professionals and creating opportunities for young Africans, especially girls, to pursue careers in science and aviation. She is also the CEO of HEFA Group, an aviation consultancy firm supporting business development and innovation across the continent.

Through her leadership and advocacy, Fadimatou has helped thousands of young people access mentorship, scholarships, and career guidance through initiatives such as the Heleta Aviation Scholarship Programme. Her outstanding contributions have earned her international recognition including the IATA High Flyer Award and the Commonwealth Point of Light Award. Passionate about empowering the next generation, she continues to inspire African women and young leaders through her commitment to education, innovation, and inclusive opportunities in STEM fields.
