Édith Brou Bleu is a pioneering Ivorian tech entrepreneur, digital activist, writer, media personality, and advocate for women’s empowerment and digital inclusion. She co founded Akendewa, a volunteer organization harnessing technology for social impact, and Ayana Webzine, the first digital women’s magazine in Côte d’Ivoire. Through her work in digital media, blogging, radio, and television, Édith has amplified African voices and championed innovation across the continent. She has also launched digital platforms like Kessiya.com and led initiatives such as the Mousser contre Ebola awareness campaign. Her influence has been recognized in numerous forums, she was named among the 100 Most Influential African Women and was appointed Championne de l’Éducation Numérique by UNICEF Côte d’Ivoire to promote digital education across the nation.
