Victoria Haihambo connects Namibian digital innovators with markets through Agelvipa Online while writing both books and new chapters in her three children's lives. She shows her children that the loss of her husband to cancer can be transformed into renewed purpose through creative resilience. Beyond her entrepreneurial ventures, we celebrate the business coaching offered professionally and the life coaching provided maternally, the authors promoted through her bookshop and the authorship of family narratives she continues to craft with intentional care.

Profile

Victoria Haihambo is a Namibian tech entrepreneur, startup business coach, and mentor. She is the founder of Agelvipa Online, a digital marketing platform that helps MSMEs and micro-vendors grow their businesses. She is passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and supporting small businesses through digital solutions.

As an author, Victoria has written five books and is currently working on her sixth book. She owns a bookshop in Ongwediva, where she promotes and sells books by local authors. Through her self-publishing service, she helps Namibian writers publish their books and share their stories with the world.

She recently lost her husband to Cancer and the grief inspired Victoria to found an NGO, Pally Creative and Empowerment Foundation, which supports the work of innovators and writers. It also prompted her to write her fifth book Holding On: Love, Care, Loss and the Journey Forward, as a tribute to him. She is currently working on her sixth book Happiness Within – The Journey to Self-Discovery which talks about healing, growth, and finding peace after loss.

Victoria’s work has been recognized both nationally and internationally. In 2020, she won the BoostUp ScaleUp Program by NCRST, making her the country winner. She was also named a laureate by Women in Africa 54, representing Namibia at the Women in Africa 54 summit in Morocco in 2019. Her contributions to business and entrepreneurship earned her a place in the Namibia Business Hall of Fame as an Emerging Entrepreneur in 2020. Additionally, she is a member of the United Nations E-Trade for Women Community, which connects and empowers women entrepreneurs in digital trade.

Through her various initiatives, Victoria continues to empower entrepreneurs, writers, and innovators, helping them achieve success in their fields.
