Ngover Ihyembe-Nwankwo is a seasoned financial services executive with over two decades of experience in corporate and institutional banking. She currently serves as the Head of Coverage at Rand Merchant Bank Nigeria, where she leads the bank’s corporate and institutional client relationships, focusing on delivering innovative financial solutions. Prior to this, Ngover held significant positions at Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria, including Executive Principal responsible for the bank’s international corporates portfolio across Africa. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ngover is deeply committed to promoting women’s empowerment and gender parity. She serves as a Trustee on the Board of Women in Management, Business & Public Service (WIMBIZ), a leading Nigerian non-profit organization dedicated to elevating the status and influence of women across various sectors. In this role, she has been instrumental in organizing initiatives aimed at increasing women’s participation in governance and politics. She is happily married to a supportive husband, and they are blessed with two lovely daughters, whom she enjoys mentoring and guiding.
