Motherhood remains the foundation of my journey and the inspiration behind my work. What began as a personal need for quality childcare grew into a mission to support families and empower women. It continues to shape my commitment to creating safe spaces for children and opportunities for mothers to thrive.

Ariana Oluwole is a Sierra Leonean educator, entrepreneur, and pioneer in early childhood development, committed to nurturing the next generation of African leaders. After becoming a young mother in 2012 and facing challenges in accessing quality childcare, she founded Narnia Day Care (now Narnia Educational Group) in Freetown in 2013 – a safe and stimulating space for infants and toddlers to grow and learn. What began as a personal solution has since evolved into a thriving preschool, community service organisation, and consultancy, impacting over 6,500 children through a holistic approach that builds confidence, social skills, and school readiness.
Beyond early childhood education, Ariana is passionate about leadership development, education reform, and community empowerment. With over a decade of experience in consulting, project implementation, and learning development, she has impacted more than 1,000 professionals and emerging leaders. Through executive workshops, team coaching, and a yearly internship programme for young women, she equips others with the tools to lead with confidence, emotional intelligence, and purpose. She is creating pathways for sustainable livelihoods and meaningful community impact.
As a mother, mentor, and changemaker, Ariana embodies the resilience, innovation, and purpose of African women who are transforming their communities. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to building solutions that support families, empower women, and shape a brighter future for the next generation.
