Adejoke Adepoju Oyekan

Adejoke Adepoju Oyekan popularly known as Ayaba house of books is a media personality, exceptionally good at what she does with strong positive traits.

 She is a graduate of mass communication with over 13 years experience in book publishing & journalism. She has also attended several trainings and workshops on publishing and editing.

Having worked with some notable publishing companies and media houses she had honed her skills at Bookcraft Limited as the Operations Manager 

Shying away from her family lineage of  publishers, Adejoke in 2021 gave in to destiny as she founded her own book publishing outfit Purplebloom.

Walking closely with various authors from Nigeria, other parts of Africa ,UK and US she has so far published over 35 books under her coffers.

Adejoke Oyekan  is the  host of Readerscrib, a radio book chat programme and the author of the book YES I CAN. 

Adejoke emerged as one of the top 100 Access Bank Womenpreneur Pitch-A-Ton finalists for 2022 out of 36,000 applicants with free mini MBA program fully sponsored by Access Bank and World Bank Group when she 

She has also been selected as one of the top 25 women entrepreneurs in Oyo state for 2022 Road To Growth programme fully sponsored by Cherie Blair Foundation, Exxon Mobil and Fate Foundation.

Her goal is to help women believe in their abilities, paying attention to their mindsets and building a strong positive relationships. Also to amplify children and women in the literary world through her publishing outfit to keep the reading culture alive.
