Efe Fagbeja

Efe Fagbeja is a Speaker, Writer, and Coach. She focuses on Emotional Intelligence, Self-Discovery, and Leadership.

She is passionate about helping women discover themselves and live their best lives, and has been doing so since 2006.

She is the convener of Behind Closed Doors, a transformational life seminar for women, the DBA Women’s Leadership Bootcamp for young pre-adult stage women, and the Valiant Women’s Network, a community for women to discuss topical issues and be coached.

She is also the convener of Grace Acts Female Support Initiative, a foundation which supports widows, single mothers, and victims of domestic violence.

She had about 8 years of work experience in various roles before she quit paid employment in 2009. She ran her award-winning jewellery brand, Isura, for 10 years before pivoting in 2020 to focus on her work with women.

She is married and blessed with four amazing children.
