Adel Oosthuizen

Adel Oosthuizen is a long standing entrepreneur, mentor, and champion for female founders in Namibia with more than two decades of business experience. She is best known as a Future Females Ambassador and the Founder of Dynamic Female Entrepreneurship Namibia, an initiative focused on empowering women, especially female business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs, to build resilient businesses through training, networking, and practical support. In 2021, she launched online business courses during Women’s Month that helped Namibian entrepreneurs adapt and grow despite economic uncertainty, using her own experience to guide others toward success.

Adel balances her family life with her passion for uplifting others, believing that entrepreneurship is foundational to community growth and personal fulfillment. She regularly hosts events and webinars to encourage collaboration, resilience, and business confidence among women across Namibia. Her journey reflects the heart of a mother who invests in people as much as in profit, showing that empowerment, mentorship, and intergenerational support are key drivers of sustainable impact.
