Phoebe, a trailblazing leader, shattered barriers by becoming the first black woman to hold a prestigious role at Coca-Cola India. Her journey to this historic achievement began with stellar performance at Coca-Cola Nigeria, where she earned recognition as the company’s top talent.

Notably, her strategic prowess not only boosted market share but also propelled Nigeria to win the prestigious Excellence Cup Awards for outstanding business performance in Africa. Her tenure at Coca-Cola spanned various roles, from Customer Marketing and Commercial Manager in Nigeria to Franchise Operation Director in India. Before joining Coca-Cola, Phoebe honed her skills at Reckitt as Brand Marketing Manager for Dettol in Nigeria and later as Brand Marketing Manager for All Brands in West Africa. Her diverse experience also includes impactful roles at Nigerian Breweries.

An esteemed alumna of Imperial College Business School, University of Manchester, and Harvard University, Phoebe remains dedicated to representing Nigeria on the global stage and nurturing young talents in the FMCG industry. Beyond her professional endeavors, Phoebe finds fulfilment in her roles as a devoted wife and loving mother.
