Tribute

Justice Nambitha Dambuza interprets South African constitutional law with the same careful consideration she continues to bring to deciphering the unspoken longings of her two daughters, showing that true justice begins with deep listening. Beyond her legal opinions, we honour the household precedents established through consistent love, the careful deliberations over appropriate consequences for childhood mistakes, and the equal protection under mother's love that every child and adult deserves.
