Ms. Generose Ndalami Dziko

Ms. Generose Ndalami Dziko is a pioneering Malawian entrepreneur and community development leader whose work centres on women’s economic empowerment, skills development, and grassroots enterprise growth. She is the Founder and Executive Director of the Women of Substance (WOS) Foundation, an organisation dedicated to uplifting women and girls through training, mentorship, financial literacy programmes, and business support. Under her leadership, WOS Foundation has reached thousands of women across Malawi, helping them grow small businesses, access market opportunities, and build confidence to pursue economic independence.

Generose blends compassion with action, serving as an advocate for women’s rights and inclusive development.
