Tribute

Elizabeth Tchoungui develops corporate social responsibility strategies for Cameroon and global companies while taking responsibility for nurturing two compassionate, socially conscious children. Beyond her executive achievements, we honour the family volunteer days that teach more than any corporate initiative could, the ethical discussions over dinner that shape developing worldviews, and the consistent modeling that the most important stakeholders in life are the ones who call you 'Mum.'

Profile

Elizabeth Tchoungui is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility, appointed on April 3, 2023. She previously served as the Executive Vice President of CSR, Diversity, and Philanthropy for the Orange Group from 2020 to 2023. A trailblazing journalist, she was the first African woman to host the daily news show on TV5 Monde and the first woman to present the prime-time weekly cultural talk show on France 2. She also led the culture department at France 24 and continues to work with the International Organization of Francophone Countries. A graduate of the Lille School of Journalism, Elizabeth is also an accomplished author with several published books. Her contributions to media and corporate social responsibility have made her a respected voice in both fields. She is deeply committed to promoting diversity and social impact and is a devoted mother of two.
