Certified by HRCI, USA, and SHRM, USA, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labour Relations.
Passionate about advancing the HR profession, Omotola founded the Talent Builder Initiative and hrtalenthub.ng, a digital platform for HR professionals and businesses. Through workshops, training, and career development sessions, she provides one-on-one coaching and HR consulting services for SMEs.
