Netta Jenkins

Netta Jenkins is a highly accomplished author, global speaker, and Vice President of Global Inclusion for Mosaic Group and Ask Applications, a subsidiary of IAC/InterActiveCorp. In her role, Netta spearheads initiatives to cultivate an inclusive and forward-thinking workplace environment. Additionally, she co-founded “Dipper,” a groundbreaking data technology platform that empowers companies to address diversity and inclusion while providing a digital safe space and community for professionals of color.

Recognized by Forbes for her profound understanding of workplace empowerment, Netta has garnered praise from Google for her efforts in driving gender and cultural equality at The Mosaic Group and Ask Apps. The company has been honored as a top global company for millennial women by Mogul and received the Profiles in Diversity Journal Excellence Award in 2017.

Netta holds a BA in Communications with a concentration in Leadership from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from Cambridge College, where she served as the 2014 graduate commencement speaker. In addition to her professional achievements, Netta is a dedicated mother of two sons.
