Nancy Muhoya Ng’ang’a

Nancy Muhoya has been appointed as the new Managing Partner of EY in Kenya, making her the first woman to hold this prestigious position in the firm’s history. With nearly two decades of experience at EY, Muhoya has consistently demonstrated strong performance, holding various roles including Partner in the audit division and Leader of Assurance services across East Africa. As gender balance in the workplace gains prominence across Africa, Muhoya’s appointment represents a significant milestone. In addition to her role as Managing Partner, she will also serve as Cluster Leader for EY’s East Africa practice.

Muhoya holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and an MBA from the University of Nairobi, with a specialization in Strategic Management. Her expertise spans accounting, business process improvement, internal controls, and financial analysis, making her well-suited to lead EY’s diverse operations in the  dynamic East African market.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Muhoya is also a devoted mother, bringing a balanced perspective to her leadership role at EY.
