Mofoluwaso Ilevbare is a multifaceted professional, serving as HR Director at Procter and Gamble while concurrently excelling as a Confidence Coach, Bestselling Author, and seasoned HR Thought Leader. With over 17 years of diverse industrial and organizational experience spanning Africa, the Middle East, India, the U.S., and Europe, she brings a wealth of expertise to her roles.

A member of the John Maxwell Team and a Cherie Blair Women & WIMBIZ Mentor, Mofoluwaso is deeply committed to mentorship and empowerment initiatives. She also serves as an Advisory Mentor or The Queen’s Young Leaders and is the founder of two not-for-profit associations dedicated to championing initiatives for women and girls. Additionally, she established the Flourishing Forties  networking platform, facilitating collaboration and growth among extraordinary leaders in their forties.

Known affectionately as ‘Fofo,’ Mofoluwaso is a prolific author, having co-authored six Amazon best-sellers and penned fourteen books of her own. She is the founder of African Women in the Workplace  and actively hosts various programs aimed at empowering university undergraduates, girls, and women.

Despite her demanding career, Mofoluwaso is a devoted mother to her two boys, exemplifying the harmonious balance between family and professional success.
