Lillian Ngala

Lillian Ngala is a highly respected Human Resource Director with over 15 years of expertise. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in shaping policy, managing talent, and fostering a positive organizational culture in Kenya.

Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Diamond Trust Bank, Lillian also holds positions on several boards, including the Institute of Human Resources, Kenya Institute of Bankers, KENIC, and National Industrial Training Institute. Additionally, she is the founder and CEO of the Lillian Ngala Network, a dynamic community dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders, and the Lillian Ngala Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides housing for widows, supports persons with disabilities, mentors youth, and assists underprivileged children with their education.

Lillian holds an MBA from JKUAT and is certified as a professional trainer by the Institute of Human Resource Management. Her remarkable contributions have earned her recognition as one of the Top 20 Leaders in Kenya by Disruptive People in 2023, as well as a spot on peopleHum’s list of the Top 50 Leaders Shaping the Future of HR in Africa in 2022. In 2021, she was honoured by the Nation Media Group as one of the Top 20 Women Making a Difference in Kenya.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Lillian is a devoted mother of four.
