From Survival to Wellness

Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also be emotionally demanding. Many of the ways we respond to our children, our partners, and ourselves are shaped by the environments we grew up in. Sometimes, those patterns serve us well. Other times, they leave us feeling overwhelmed, reactive, or disconnected.

Healing the Mother Within is a guided 3-weeks integrative group therapy experience for mothers who are ready to pause, reflect, and begin healing the deeper emotional patterns that shape their parenting and one that has defined their entire outlook on life.

In this safe and supportive space, you will journey alongside other mothers who are also seeking growth, healing, and a more conscious approach to life and motherhood.

This program combines guided therapy sessions, reflective prompts, and community integration, helping you move from survival patterns to intentional, healthy living and parenting.

How the Program Works

This is a three-week guided therapeutic process designed to help you move gradually from awareness to healing and integration.

1. Pre-Session Reflection: One week before the program begins, participants will receive a guided reflection prompt to help prepare emotionally for the work ahead.

2. Initial Therapy Sessions: Friday, April 24th, 2026 – 6:00 PM WAT; Saturday, April 25th, 2026 – 5:00 PM WAT. These sessions will explore the emotional patterns that has shaped our lives and our parenting, while introducing tools for healing and self-awareness.

3. Two Weeks of Integration: Following the initial sessions, participants will spend two weeks in guided integration within a supportive community of mothers. During this period, you will receive daily actionable prompts designed to help you reflect more deeply, process emotional insights, and practice healing tools in everyday life.

4. Final Integration Session: May 9th, 2026 – 5:00 PM WAT. This session helps participants process the experiences of the previous two weeks and receive practical coping tools and therapeutic guidance for sustaining their growth beyond the program.

Yes. This program is specifically designed for mothers who feel they are in survival mode. You don’t need to have it all figured out; you just need a willingness to pause and explore the patterns that are currently weighing you down.

How much time should I set aside each day during the 2-week integration?

We know your schedule is full. The daily prompts are designed to be brief, actionable, and easily woven into your existing routine—taking only 10–15 minutes of reflection to help you stay grounded.

Will I have to share deeply personal things in front of others?

This is a safe, supportive space, not an interrogation. You are always in control of what you choose to share. Many mothers find deep healing simply by listening and journeying alongside others who are experiencing similar emotions.

What if I can’t attend the live therapy sessions?

We highly encourage live attendance to experience the full energy of our circle, but we understand that life as a mother is unpredictable. If you miss a session, please reach out so we can ensure you receive the guidance you need to stay on track.
