Ezinne Rachel Ezeani is a strategic business management professional with over 12 years of experience as a founder, executive, and Managing Director. Throughout her career, she has proven her ability to lead non-profits and women empowerment initiatives across Nigeria, develop advertising networks on a regional level, and optimize advertising product and service portfolios.
Ezinne currently holds the position of Deputy Managing Director for MBR Signature Limited an outdoor and ambient advertising company in partnership with Federal Airports Authority Nigeria and Lagos State Signage and Advertisement Agency. She is also the Founder of SheCan Nigeria, a social impact organization empowering women to Do More.
Before her appointment at MBR Signature, she worked as the Pan-African Country Business Manager for DHT Group where she led a team of over 11,000 club members. She holds a Master’s Degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor’s Degree from Ibadan.
She also has several international and indigenous certifications in Human Resources, Aviation, and Event Management. In 2021 she received an Executive Education Program in Sustainability Leadership and Corporate Responsibility from the London Business School.
