Beyond her corporate role, Esther embodies versatility by managing her social enterprise, Belle&Grace, dedicated to supporting mothers during the breastfeeding journey. Additionally, she is the founder of BeyondaDegree, an impactful NGO that has provided invaluable support to over 200 students and new graduates in navigating life post-education.
