As the founder and Managing Director of SECURICO, Divine embarked on her journey in the
late 90s, starting the security company in her cottage with just four employees and minimal
capital. Today, SECURICO stands as one of Zimbabwe’s largest security firms, boasting a
workforce of over 3,500 employees. Divine’s ambitions extend beyond national borders, as she
sets her sights on regional expansion, with plans to venture into other African countries,
beginning with Mozambique and Zambia.
In recognition of her remarkable leadership, Divine was honored as one of the most influential
female leaders globally by Empowering a Billion Women by 2020. This prestigious accolade
places her in esteemed company alongside world-renowned figures such as Michelle Obama,
Hillary Clinton, and Mozambique’s former first lady, Graca Machel.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Divine is also a devoted mother of eight,
balancing her entrepreneurial pursuits with her family responsibilities.
