Dina El Mofty

Dina El Mofty is a visionary Egyptian entrepreneur, educator, and thought leader dedicated to expanding entrepreneurship and work readiness education for young people across the region. She is the Founder and Chair of INJAZ Egypt, part of the global Junior Achievement network, which partners with schools and universities to equip youth with entrepreneurial, financial, and professional skills. Under her leadership, the organization has impacted close to one million students and supported the launch and acceleration of numerous startups through its incubator programs.

Beyond her work with youth, Dina also co founded health and wellness initiatives and serves as a community builder, angel investor, and mentor to entrepreneurs. She was named one of the most influential young Arabs under 40 by Arabian Business and has appeared as a judge on Egyptian TV shows promoting startups and innovation. A mother of three, Dina actively balances family life with her mission to empower future generations through education, leadership development, and opportunity.
