Ms. Lucy Quist is a Ghanaian-British business executive, engineer, author, and global thought leader known for breaking barriers in technology and corporate leadership. She made history as the first Ghanaian woman to lead a multinational telecommunications company when she served as CEO of Airtel Ghana, repositioning it as one of the fastest-growing brands in West Africa through digital strategy and customer engagement. A qualified electrical and electronic engineer with a first-class honours degree and an MBA from INSEAD in France, she has held leadership roles across industries including telecoms and banking, and now serves as a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley in London.
Lucy is also an advocate for STEM education, co-founder of the Executive Women Network, and author of The Bold New Normal, where she inspires African youth to lead with innovation and purpose.
