She is the Director and Lead Consultant, M_OliveS Mentors Mary is passionate about transformation and driven by a strong passion to empower people and organizations through initiatives that enable them realize their full individual potential and organizational capacities. To drive her passion, she founded M_OliveS Mentors, an organization whose Mission is ‘To spur individuals, businesses and organizations to optimal performance through provision of mentoring, coaching and business advisory services’ Some of Dr. Mary’s academic qualifications include; Doctorate degree in Business Administration (DBA)-Leadership and Organization Change (USIU)-Africa and MBA in Strategic Management (JKUAT). Mary is a certified MSME Business Mentor and a certified ILO-SIYB Trainer
