Dr. Mitslal Kifleyesus-Matschie is the CEO of Ecological Products of Ethiopia (ECOPIA), a company she founded in 2006. ECOPIA focuses on developing and marketing natural products within Ethiopia and the surrounding region, aiming to enhance food security and generate income for local communities. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Erfurt, Germany. Beyond her entrepreneurial endeavors, Dr. Kifleyesus-Matschie is deeply committed to personal transformation and development. She conducts workshops that integrate epigenetics and neuroscience to promote self-improvement in health and lifestyle. Her approach emphasizes guiding individuals through inner journeys, addressing aspects such as body, mind, emotions, and energy to achieve holistic well-being. On a personal note, Dr. Kifleyesus-Matschie is married to Christoph Matschie and they have two children together.
