Abena Osei-Asare
Tribute
Abena Osei-Asare balanced Ghana's national budgets as Ghana's Deputy Minister of Finance while allocating the irreplaceable currency of time, attention, and presence to her three children. We celebrate the fiscal responsibility demonstrated in both government policies and teaching children the value of saving, the economic development facilitated in both national programs and childhood experiments, and the way she invests in human capital at every scale.
